Once registered it is possible to use all nextbike-affiliated bike sharing systems worldwide.
2. Rent a bike
Enter the bike number.
Scan the QR-Code.
Receive the four-digit lock code.
Enter the lock code into the BikeComputer or open combination lock.
Contact our customer service under +385 1 777 6534 and name bike number.
Receive the lock code via text message.
Enter the code into BikeComputer or open combination lock
Enter your customer information and bike number into the terminal or hold your customer card up to the terminal and enter the bike number.
The lock code will then be displayed onscreen as well as shared with you via text message.

3. Return a bike
Push your bike into the docking station.
When locking up at a manual dock, make sure thet the cable-lock on the front hub is in place. Our smartbike docks will lock into place automatically.
Make sure to confirm your return via app, hotline or BikeComputer/terminal when returning your bike to an analogue dock.
